Job description

As a Housekeeper, you are the heart of the hotel with a passion for great service. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures, deep cleaning activities, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure our guests have a memorable experience.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about creating clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas. If you are service-oriented and excited about being part of a team that strives for excellence, this job could be a great fit.

KEY SKILLS / RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in guest rooms and equipment. Maintain lobby, hallways, and restrooms. Ensure everything shines, from carpets to furniture. Stock and organize housekeeping carts for efficiency. Replace bed linens and restock guest room supplies. Perform deep cleaning tasks, including changing AC filters and touching up paint.
2. Guest Service & Communication: Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude. Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
3. Safety and Compliance: Respect guest and hotel property, ensuring safety. Safeguard sensitive areas. Practice safe work habits to prevent injuries.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills with guests and team members.
