INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANTS – 15 NEEDED
SUBSTITUTE INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANTS (Need is based on class size and IEP’s)

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Criminal history background check required as well as proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status.

Reports to: Supervisor of Special Services

Job Description: Student support in a small group setting.

Terms of Employment:

• Tentative Instructional Dates: July 7, 2025 – July 31, 2025
• Four (4) days per week; Monday – Thursday

Hours: 9:00 am – 11:30 am for Instructional Assistants

Rate of Pay:

• 2025-2026 Hourly rate for MTSD internal applicants – *see below
• $15.49 per hour for external applicants

*All NEEDS BASED ON STUDENT IEPS

All rates of pay are based upon the current Collective Bargaining Agreement
