Qualifications

PROFESSIONAL EDUCATOR LICENSE WITH LBS 1 ENDORSEMENT REQUIRED; EL ENDORSEMENT PREFERRED.

Additional Requirements:

  1. Understanding of Individual Education Plans and progress monitoring skills.
  2. Excellent communication, verbal and written, for use with families and the educational team.
  3. Strong classroom management skills and knowledge of behavior strategies to support students with special needs.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with others on an educational team and support and guide paraprofessionals.
