Job summary

Chelmsford Schools is seeking Extended School Year ABA paraeducators for NECC Partner Program at Chelmsford High School in Chelmsford, MA. This summer role runs July 6–August 6, 2026, Mon–Thu from 7:45 AM to 1:15 PM, with a 5.5-hour day and $21.36/hour pay.

Qualified candidates should have experience with autism, ABA principles, and the ability to follow behavior plans and collect data. Some positions may require toileting assistance for students.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Training or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Ability to follow behavior support plans and collect data.
• Experience providing one-on-one support in classroom settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to students in the program.

• Assist with toileting for some students if required.
• Support activities during the NECC Partner Program, Mon–Thu 7:45 AM–1:15 PM.

Job Description

Part‑time: Summer 2026 Extended School Year Special Education Program – ABA Paraeducator positions in NECC Partner Program classrooms.

Level: High School

Location: Chelmsford High School

Dates: July 6 - August 6, 2026

Program is Monday through Thursday (no programming on Fridays).

NECC ABA Program Hours: 7:45 AM to 1:15 PM (5.5‑hours).

Qualified candidates will have experience/training working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Experience/Training in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Support students 1:1 in the program.

Ability to follow behavior support plans and collect data.

May be required to assist with toileting for some students.
