Mt Juliet Christian Academy, a ministry of First Baptist Church Mt Juliet, seeks an after-school program staffer in Mt Juliet, TN. Pay is $14.00–$16.00 hourly, with responsibilities focused on supervision and behavior support.

You will monitor students, manage behavior, oversee check-in/out, and maintain open communication with parents. Candidates should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a high school diploma, and preferably education-related studies.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children in group settings, preferably in after-school programs.
• CPR and First Aid certification may be required.
• Background check and TBI Fingerprinting clearance to work with children.

Job Details

Job Location: Mt Juliet, TN 37122, Salary Range: $14.00 - $16.00 Hourly, Mt Juliet Christian Academy, as a ministry of First Baptist Church Mt Juliet, has outlined the following responsibilities for this role:

Student supervision: Actively monitor students during before and after-school hours, ensuring their safety and appropriate behavior in various settings.

Behavior management: Address disruptive behavior promptly and consistently, utilizing positive reinforcement techniques to maintain a positive group dynamic.

Check-in/check-out procedures: Ensure proper student sign-in and sign-out processes at the beginning and end of each after-school session.

Communication with parents: Regularly update parents on their child\'s progress, address concerns, and maintain open lines of communication
