Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children in group settings, preferably in after-school programs.
• CPR and First Aid certification may be required.
• Background check and TBI Fingerprinting clearance to work with children.

Responsibilities

• Student supervision: monitor students during before and after-school hours, ensuring safety and behavior.
• Behavior management: address disruptive behavior promptly with positive reinforcement.
• Check-in/check-out procedures: ensure proper sign-in and sign-out at start and end of sessions.
• Communication with parents: provide updates on student progress and address concerns.
