Job summary

Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking an Expressive Arts Therapist to develop and implement age-appropriate therapy plans and lead patient groups. You will maintain documentation and actively engage with patients and families using Trauma Responsive Care principles.

The role includes contributing to treatment and discharge planning, with opportunities for ongoing education and collaboration within LBHH. Weekend work is possible as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensure requirements for Art Therapy, Music Therapy, or Dance Movement therapy.
• Masters level licensure in Art Therapy or Dance Movement preferred.
• Board certification or registration in related expressive therapies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement expressive therapy treatment plans appropriate for age groups.
• Facilitate patient groups that are beneficial to clients.
• Maintain clinical and administrative documentation of services.
• Engage with patients and families using Trauma Responsive Care principles.
• Contribute to treatment planning and discharge planning.
