Holman is seeking an Express Technician to join Auto Park Chrysler Jeep and the Holman family in Cary, NC. This full-time, on-site role covers routine maintenance across models, tire mounting/balancing, suspension work, and brake service.

A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 may be offered based on skill level. Applicants should have at least 1 year of lube maintenance, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, a clean MVR, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Formación

• 1+ years of lube maintenance experience or similar service work.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Clean MVR and willingness to undergo background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance for various makes/models (oil changes, fluid flushes).
• Mount and balance tires with proper procedures.
• Handle suspension repairs and alignments.
• Replace brake pads/shoes and machine rotors as needed.

New eligible technician employees will receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on skill level.

What will you do?

• All routine maintenance for all makes and models including fluid flushes
• Mount and balancing of all types of tires
• All suspension repairs and/or alignments
• Brake pads/shoe replacement and rotor machining

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 1 + years of lube maintenance desired but not required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Clean MVR, and willingness to undergo background requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
