Job summary

Holman Mount Laurel seeks an Automotive Technician to service and repair vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager. Responsibilities include diagnosing malfunctions, performing repairs, and road-testing to verify quality, while maintaining a neat shop and staying current with diagnostic tech.

The role demands Ford/Lincoln certification (preferred), at least 3 years of dealer-level experience, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits and sign-on available.

Qualifications

• FORD/LINCOLN certified is highly desired
• Minimum of 3+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience
• Proficient in ALL areas of repairs (engine, trans, AC, electrical) etc…
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to undergo and satisfy our background requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform work outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repairs
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena

Pay:
