The Express Technician will be responsible for performing basic automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and routine vehicle inspections. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of automotive systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and fluid checks according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Conduct multi-point inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or services to customers.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain service recommendations and provide accurate cost estimates for repair work.
- Identify and report any additional vehicle repair or maintenance concerns to the service team or supervisor.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring that tools, equipment, and supplies are properly handled and stored.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Express Technician or in a similar automotive role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension.
- Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
