Job summary

Grubbs Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Wichita Falls is seeking an Express Technician to join our service team. You'll perform basic maintenance tasks, diagnostics, and provide accurate labor estimates while delivering strong customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work with auto techs and service advisors in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of automotive service experience.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and carrying out repair orders.
• Performing entry-level maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, etc.
• Conducting diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs.
• Providing labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services.
• Performing video multi-point inspections on vehicles.
• Performing quality control checks for repaired vehicles.
• Completing all required paperwork and documentation for repair services.
• Maintaining an organized, clean workspace and accounting for tools.
• Communicating effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department Employees.
• Participating in ongoing training programs to develop expertise in automotive technologies.
