Fields Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Asheville is seeking automotive technicians to join our high-volume service team. You should be quick, detail-oriented, and take pride in getting customers back on the road fast without cutting corners.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive technician preferred, especially express/quick lane.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Own basic hand tools required.
• ASE certification a plus, training supported by employer.
• Team player with strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform express services: oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, brake jobs, and other quick-turnaround maintenance.
• Follow factory service procedures and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors on vehicle condition and needed repairs.
• Keep bay organized and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Meet efficiency and quality standards to keep express lane moving.
