Job summary

Fields Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Asheville is seeking energetic, detail-oriented automotive technicians to join a fast-paced service team in Asheville. The role focuses on express services to quickly return customers to the road, including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections in a high-volume environment.

We value integrity, teamwork, and a proactive attitude; ASE certification is a plus, and ongoing training is supported.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive technician experience preferred (express/quick lane experience a plus).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Own basic hand tools.
• ASE certification a plus, not required — we support ongoing training.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform express services: oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, brake jobs, and other quick-turnaround maintenance
• Follow Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram factory service procedures and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with service advisors on vehicle condition and additional needed repairs
• Keep your bay organized and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Meet efficiency and quality standards to keep the express lane moving
