Job summary

Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Part Time Express Service Representative in our Oil & Lube department (PDQ) to serve as a liaison between customers and PDQ Technicians and provide excellent customer service.

Greet customers, collect vehicle and information, explain maintenance recommendations, sell services, coordinate with techs, and handle basic cashier duties. This role supports a small team in a fast-paced dealership environment and offers an above-average hourly wage.

• Supervise a small group of technicians to maximize performance.

Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Part TimeExpress Service Representative to join our growing team in our Oil & Lube department, also known as PDQ. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a liaison between customers and PDQ Technicians and provide excellent customer service.

Schedule/Pay

• Above-average wage of $18/hour
• 3-6pm Monday - Friday and every other Saturday 8am-5pm.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and assess needs.
