Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Part Time Express Service Representative for our Oil & Lube department (PDQ). You will act as a liaison between customers and PDQ Technicians, delivering excellent service and helping customers understand recommended care and costs.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, collecting necessary vehicle and contact details, recommending services, and coordinating with technicians. We offer an above-average wage and a path to grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and assess needs.
• Obtain vehicle and customer information.
• Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
• Sell services to customers and coordinate service with technicians when needed and requested.
• Explain completed work and all charges to customers.
• Cashier duties as assigned
• Manage a small group of technicians to help them achieve their maximum potential.

Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Part TimeExpress Service Representative to join our growing team in our Oil & Lube department, also known as PDQ. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a liaison between customers and PDQ Technicians and provide excellent customer service.

Schedule/Pay

• Above-average wage of $18/hour
• 3-6pm Monday - Friday and every other Saturday 8am-5pm.
