Job summary

Parkway Kia South is opening its doors and seeks energetic, customer-focused Express Service Advisors to join our founding team. As part of the Parkway Family Auto Group, you’ll help launch one of Texas’ newest Kia dealerships from day one and deliver a fast, friendly Express Service experience.

The role involves greeting customers, collecting vehicle data, writing up repairs, and communicating clearly about cost, time, and next steps.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Service Advisor experience required.
• Strong communication skills to answer questions from diverse groups.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical instructions.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and collect customer data prior to arrival.
• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Write up repair problems clearly on repair orders.
• Provide complete, accurate labor and parts estimates.
• Communicate progress, changes and required authorization to customers.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers.
• Maintain forms, pricing guides and service marketing materials.
• Ensure parking, security and orderly handling of keys for vehicles.
