Job summary

Beaman Toyota, a Hudson Automotive Company, is actively seeking Automotive Express/Maintenance Technicians to join our award-winning, high-volume service team.

We offer $20/hour with Production Bonus, Toyota technician development program, climate-controlled facility, and a high-volume shop with a steady workflow. Paid Toyota manufacturer training, one-on-one mentorship, and clear technician career path from Express Technician to Master Technician are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Previous automotive experience or automotive technical education preferred.
• Strong customer-focused attitude, self-motivation, coachability, and desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and multi-point inspections.
• Complete Video Multi-Point Inspections (Video MPIs) on every vehicle.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Replace engine air filters and wiper blades.
• Inspect brakes, suspension, steering, and other key components.
• Maintain fluids and keep a safe, organized work environment.
• Identify repair opportunities and communicate findings to management.
