Responsibilities

1. Perform multi-point inspections.
2. Identify fluids, lubricants, tools, and maintenance items such as filters accurately.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in basic automotive maintenance for various makes and models.
4. Recommend services based on inspection findings.
5. Inspect, drain, fill, or top off fluids per manufacturer specs.
6. Maintain tires by checking air pressure, inspecting treadwear, and rotating.
7. Perform oil changes, including draining, filling, and replacing filters with accuracy.
8. Support team members in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by a manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles or willingness to learn.
• Prior experience as a lube technician is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
• Background check submission required.
