Job summary

AutoNation, America’s largest automotive retailer, is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance per dealer and factory standards while building trust with customers. You will coordinate with Parts and Service Advisors, document repairs, and stay current with factory bulletins and OEM training.

This role offers paid training and path to advancement across service, sales, and management. Entry level technicians start at $20.00 per hour, with benefits and a nationwide opportunity

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician is preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes for quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep up to date with factory technical bulletins and training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
