Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group in Danvers, MA is seeking a Quick Lube Technician to perform basic maintenance on customer vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations and inspections. This entry-level role offers an hourly pay rate with strong team support and opportunities for training and advancement.

You will work with a team, pass pre-employment screening, bring basic tools, and have access to benefits, scholarships, and employee discounts. A valid driver' s license and being 18+ are required.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position, training provided; no prior experience required.
• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Must have basic tools to perform the job.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Complete the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
• Apply manufacturer training and management directions to work tasks.
• Return vehicles to customers in the same or better condition.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and development activities.
