Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group’s Stevenson-Hendrick Toyota Jacksonville seeks a Lube Technician to perform express lube duties, including oil and filter changes, and to ensure vehicles leave with proper fluids, clean exteriors and no fluid residue.

The role requires adherence to safety rules, maintenance of CSI at company standards, and keeping a clean, organized workspace while participating in required training.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Demonstrable mechanical skills and knowledge.
• Technical training or commensurate technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to express lube guidelines.
• Performs lube, oil and filter changes by draining and replacing oil and filter, and lubricating joints such as idler arm steering knuckles, tie rod ends and ball joints.
• Reports all necessary repairs to service advisor.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards.
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
