Matthews Kia of Cartersville is seeking a service technician to support express lube operations and routine maintenance. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections while ensuring safe vehicle handling and clear communication with service advisors.

Experience is optional; on-the-job training is provided. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to Kia standards and new technology.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required.
• Will train the right individual.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain stall in an orderly and clean manner.

Responsibilities

• Safely pull vehicle into express lube bay.
• Perform Multi-point inspection in accordance with Kia standards.
• Communicate recommendations to Service Advisors.
• Perform oil changes, filter changes, tire rotations and other basic maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned by Service Manager and Express team lead.
