Job summary

Martin Automotive Group in the Dayton area is seeking a Lube Technician at Kia of Dayton to perform inspections, follow repair orders, and maintain a clean, compliant service bay. This full-time role offers weekend and weekday shifts at $19.00 to $25.00 per hour, with potential for advancement.

Requirements include 2 years of relevant experience or more, proficiency with diagnostic software and PC applications, a valid driver’s license, and good manual dexterity.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to use personal computer applications related to training and vehicle diagnostic software.
• Current valid driver's license.
• Manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-point vehicle inspection form.
• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with facility and factory standards.
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional work is necessary.
• Ensure customer's vehicles are kept clean.
• Keep Service area neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership owned tools and equipment.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.
