Job summary

Hendrick Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Southpoint is seeking a Lube Technician to perform express lube duties on vehicles. The role includes oil and filter changes, lubrication of joints, and ensuring vehicle fluids are at proper levels.

You will maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines. Required are basic automotive knowledge, mechanical skills, and the ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Demonstrable mechanical skills and knowledge.
• Technical training or commensurate technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to express lube guidelines.
• Performs lube, oil and filter changes by draining and replacing oil and filter, and lubricating joints.
• Reports all necessary repairs to service advisor.
• Installs LOF reminder sticker in vehicle.
• Checks and refills battery, fluids, and tire pressure as needed.
• Maintains clean and safe work area.
• Records hours worked accurately.
• Follows Safeguards rules and Company policies.
• Observes safety rules and regulations.
