Job Description:

The Huffines Automotive Express Lube Technician performs light maintenance repairs for vehicles following industry standards and best practices. Responsibilities include using shop equipment for minor repairs or routine maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Document and perform work as outlined on repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend lubrication, safety inspections, and related services to customers.
• Drain and refill engine oil, replace air filters, inspect and replenish vehicle fluids, check tire pressure, and communicate with parts department.
• Report machinery defects, stay updated with manufacturer bulletins, and maintain a clean shop area.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and operate tools safely.

Requirements:

• Previous experience preferred.
• Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong technical skills and a desire to learn.
• Computer proficiency.
