Job Opportunity: Express Lube Technician at Carter Machinery

We are currently offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for new hires as an Express Lube Technician. The bonus is payable in two installments: $1,000 after 90 days of employment and $1,000 after 180 days.

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Shift: 2nd shift

The Express Lube Technician will perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment at customer sites or in the shop. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a shop service environment and a high school diploma or GED.

Requirements:

1. Strong mechanical skills and ability to work independently at customer sites.
2. Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or ability to obtain one, with an excellent driving record.
3. Ability to operate boom trucks, overhead cranes, and field service cranes.
4. Proficiency with computers and service software, including completing detailed service reports.
5. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
6. Adherence to safety and environmental standards.
7. Efficient use of supplies with minimal waste.
8. Willingness to travel extensively.
9. Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Physical and Working Conditions:
