Express Lube Technician - Sign-On Bonus Available

We are currently offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for new hires as an Express Lube Technician. The bonus is payable in two installments: $1,000 after 90 days of employment and $1,000 after 180 days.

Location: Fredericksburg, Virginia
Shifts: 1st & weekend shifts

Position Overview

The Express Lube Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance services on heavy equipment at customer sites or in our shop. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a shop service environment. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to work independently at customer sites.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or the ability to obtain one; a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate boom trucks, overhead cranes, and field service cranes.
• Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office, and service software for reporting.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Adherence to safety and environmental standards.
• Efficient use of supplies with minimal waste.
• Extensive travel throughout the year.
• Ability to promote a positive customer experience.
• Uphold the company's core values of Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, and Teamwork.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver items up to 70 pounds, perform physical tasks such as reaching, standing, kneeling, and climbing, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Vision abilities required include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
