Job summary

Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills is hiring entry-level Lube Technicians to join our fast-paced Service team. No prior dealership experience required; we provide paid training and mentoring to help you grow.

You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic maintenance, while learning to conduct multi-point inspections and communicate recommendations to Service Advisors. A valid license is essential and detail orientation is valued.

Qualifications

• Entry-level automotive or quick-lube experience requested.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dealership environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum age: 18; high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic maintenance services.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and document services clearly.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; communicate maintenance recommendations to Service Advisors.
• Support Technicians and Shop Foreman as needed.
