Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance per repair orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to dealer and factory standards. You will interact with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication, documenting every step on the repair order.

You will stay current with factory bulletins and training, while delivering an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician is preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards, to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
