Job summary

Tom Kadlec Chevrolet is seeking a motivated Quick Lube Advisor to join our Service Department in North Branch, MN. You will greet customers, write repair orders, and communicate maintenance recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers pay of $23.00 per hour plus monthly bonus opportunities, a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and a path to grow within a professional Chevrolet Service Department.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with quick-service and maintenance needs
• Write and manage repair orders accurately
• Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance and needed services
• Communicate vehicle concerns and repair recommendations clearly to customers
• Provide accurate estimates and explain services performed
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Review technician findings and communicate additional recommendations
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up as needed
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
• Help maintain an efficient, organized, and professional service drive
