Job Description

We are seeking dedicated, compassionate Medical Assistants to join our new Express Care Clinic. This full-time role involves a rotating schedule with travel between Sadler Health locations, including weekends and holidays. Flexibility is essential.

The schedule alternates weekly:

  • Week 1: Three 12.5-hour shifts (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM)
  • Week 2: Four shifts, including two 12.5-hour weekday shifts and two weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 7:45 AM - 2:15 PM)

Responsibilities include:

Front Office Duties
  • Greeting and assisting patients and visitors
  • Registering patients, collecting payments, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments
  • Managing patient flow and communication
Back Office/Clinical Duties
  • Preparing patients for evaluation and assisting healthcare providers
  • Documenting patient information in the EHR
  • Performing routine lab tests, EKGs, phlebotomy, and assisting in patient care
  • Maintaining clean and stocked exam rooms

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program, at least 6 months of full-time Medical Assistant experience, and an active BLS CPR/AED certification. Experience in FQHCs, urgent care, or high-volume clinics, and holding an active CMA/RMA/CCMA certification, are preferred.
