You will document care in the EMR, coordinate tests and services, assist providers with procedures, and respond to urgent situations under physician supervision.

KS-licensed LPN with BLS and clinic experience preferred; strong communication and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Practical Nurse with KS license (KSBN) required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in a clinic setting preferred.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.

Aufgaben

• Assist with check-in, examinations and procedures.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments; clarify orders.
• Triage patient calls, evaluating physical and psychosocial health.
• Coordinate labs, imaging, tests, home/acute care admissions.
• Educate patients on meds, tests, procedures; notify results.
• Document medical information in EMR; ensure safety in rooms.
• Maintain clean exam rooms and participate in patient safety rounds.
