ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are seeking energetic team members to join our Rio Grande City location. You will deliver friendly, professional guest service, help guests understand wash services and membership options, and guide vehicles through the tunnel.

Training is provided; no car wash experience is required. Join a fast-paced team, work across pay stations, tunnel, and vacuum areas, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment while upholding safety and brand

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic and dependable; good with customers.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Able to communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to every guest.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and explain wash services and membership options.
• Recommend products and services based on guest needs.
• Safely direct vehicles into and through the car wash tunnel.
• Work across pay station, tunnel, vacuum area, and other guest-facing areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash environment.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Work as part of a team to keep the location operating efficiently.
• Represent the brands with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
