ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are hiring Team Members at our Laredo location. The role focuses on delivering friendly guest service, helping customers choose wash options, and guiding vehicles safely through the tunnel.

We offer training, a supportive team, and opportunities to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced outdoor setting. Prior car wash experience is not required, as we provide training and ongoing support.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to every guest.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and explain wash services and membership options.

• Work across pay station, tunnel, vacuum area and other guest-facing areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Work as part of a team to keep the location operating smoothly.
