Job summary

Friendship Hyundai of Johnson City, Tennessee, is seeking an Express Technician to join our award-winning service team. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of express or automotive maintenance experience and a reliable focus on high-quality work.

You will perform maintenance per repair orders, test and diagnose components, and communicate issues to the service management. We provide manufacturer training and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Entry level knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to learn new technology, repair, and service specifications.
• Independent starter with the ability to work well on a team.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently perform maintenance work specified on Repair Orders.
• Execute maintenance to manufacturer and customer expectations.
• Safely drive vehicles to test or diagnose components and systems.
• Perform thorough video multi-point inspections of vehicles.
• Effectively communicate any issues or additional needs to Assistant Service Managers.
• Adhere to dealership procedures for safety and standards of quality.
