• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment, and dealership experience.
• Brand knowledge is preferred, but not required.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specs.
• Ensure work is completed within time standards for a positive customer experience.
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors about vehicle needs and estimates.
