Lia Toyota Colonie, part of the Lia Auto Group, is seeking an Express/Lube Automotive Technician. This entry-level role offers training, mentorship from senior technicians, and exposure to the latest tools, including alignment checkers and tire equipment.

Qualifications

• Service technician experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
• NYS Inspection certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership processes
• Perform Lube Oil/Filter, Tire Rotations, Wiper/Blade Replacements, Air Filters, Cabin Filters and digital multi-point inspections
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed, providing an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.
