Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive service technician is a plus.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
• NYS Inspection certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and as per dealership processes.
• Carry out Lube Oil/Filter changes, tire rotations, wiper/blade replacements, air and cabin filters and digital multi-point inspections.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services and provide time estimates.
