The Don Mealey Sport Auto Group in Central Florida is seeking a skilled Express Auto Technician to join our service team. You will troubleshoot issues and repair vehicles as assigned, ensuring quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include completing service per procedures, maintaining tools and workspace, staying compliant with safety rules, and communicating with dealership staff to meet customer needs. We offer opportunities for training and growth within our 5-location group.

Qualifications

• Follows the dress code and keeps a clean, organized work area.
• Adheres to federal, state and local laws as well as company policies about information protection.
• Reports to work on time and follows the schedule; notifies supervisor if late.
• Keeps current with HR training and other required training for the position.
• Notifies supervisor of any illegal activity.

Responsibilities

• Properly complete service and repairs as assigned by management.
• Perform work per safety requirements and published procedures.
• Maintain and organize tools and workspace; ensure customer vehicles are clean after service.
• participate in training programs and manufacturer-sponsored events.
• Communicate with dealership staff to satisfy customer needs.
• Conduct road tests when required or directed by the test technician.
