Job summary

AutoNation, one of the nation’s leading automotive retailers, is seeking an Express Service Technician. You will perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on repair orders, communicate with Parts and Service Advisors, and document work performed on each vehicle, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

This entry-level position pays $20 per hour, includes paid training, OEM certification support, health/dental/vision insurance, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards, to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
