Johnson City Toyota, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking Automotive Express/Maintenance Technicians to join a high-volume service team in Johnson City, TN. Starting pay ranges from $28.00 to $30.00 per hour with a production bonus and a paid technician development program in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License.
- Previous automotive experience or automotive technical education preferred.
- Customer-focused attitude.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and multi-point inspections.
- Rotate and balance tires.
- Replace engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades.
- Inspect brakes, suspension, and steering components.
- Inspect and replenish vehicle fluids.
- Complete maintenance services according to Toyota and dealership standards.
- Identify repair opportunities and communicate findings to management.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
