Job summary

Woodhouse Auto Family in Omaha, NE is hiring an Automotive Express Service Technician to support our express service lane with routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and a clear path to manufacturer certifications.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with mentorship and a team-oriented environment that values accuracy, speed, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Post offer screenings: Background check
• Post offer screenings: Drug screening
• Post offer screenings: Non-DOT driver physical
• Post offer screenings: Lift test

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance in express service lane (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid level checks, basic inspections) and identify additional needed repairs.
• Communicate findings clearly to service advisors and provide excellent customer service.
• Support mentorship and training to grow into manufacturer Service Technician certifications.
