Asbury Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Technician (Quick Lube/Express Tech) at CDJR Danvers. The role involves performing basic maintenance services, including oil changes and tire rotations, and supporting customer experiences with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The position is entry to mid-level, requiring teamwork, a positive attitude, and a willingness to participate in ongoing training to stay current with vehicle technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred in automotive service environments.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Complete multi-point inspection forms and document results.
• Follow manufacturer training and shop procedures.
• Ensure vehicles are returned to customers in good condition or better.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and ongoing learning.
• Continuously expand knowledge of new technologies and practices.
