Job summary

Carson Honda, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is seeking a Lubrication Technician to service vehicles in a quick, thorough manner on-site in Carson, CA. You will coordinate with the Production Foreman and Service Advisor to ensure timely lubrication and vehicle care.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience as a technician's helper or apprentice, a valid driver's license, and a solid knowledge of automotive repair.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a technician’s helper or apprentice in an automobile dealership.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all lubrication services.
• Perform thorough check of customer’s car (battery, lights, tires) and refer repairs to Service Advisor.
• Operate and maintain lubrication equipment.
• Receive repair order and service lift, lubricate the car, and inspect for other needs.
• Keep the customer’s car clean and ensure equipment operates safely.
