Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond is seeking an Exposure Management Senior Advisor to continuously identify, assess, and reduce cyber exposures across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will work with the Product Manager to translate strategy into platform features, integrations, and workflows that enable exposure visibility and risk reduction.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of exposure management concepts and attack surface prioritization.
Experience with CTEM-aligned workflows or continuous risk-reduction programs.
Ability to translate complex exposure data into actionable risk insights.
Experience managing SaaS platforms, integrations, and vendor relationships.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day operation and health of the Exposure Management SaaS platform, ensuring uptime and access.
Coordinate platform configurations, user roles, integrations, data feeds, and API connections.
Collaborate with vendors and internal IT to resolve issues and maintain platform stability.
Scale the platform to support evolving cloud, identity, SaaS, and on-premises environments.
Design workflows for exposure discovery, risk scoring, remediation assignment, and tracking.
