Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a seasoned Exposure Analysis Operations & Identification Strategy Manager within the Global Information Security organization. You will lead exposure analysis operations, plan and execute strategic initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to advance exposure analysis and identification capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience in vulnerability management, incident response, threat intelligence, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years in leadership roles managing security programs or large exposure management functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of information security professionals performing operational exposure analysis and develop strategy.
• Enhance prioritization methodologies using exploitability, asset criticality, and threat context.
• Collaborate with threat intelligence, red team, application/cloud/endpoint security and tech owners to improve vulnerabilities actionability.
• Define requirements for exposure analysis tooling and data platforms.
• Advise senior leaders on risks, investments, and strategic priorities.
• Align exposure analysis with broader cyber defense programs.
