Job Summary

The Export Selector handpicks products and transports items using industrial equipment to specified shipment locations. Responsibilities include:

• Receiving orders from Export Clerk
• Picking orders and stacking merchandise on pallets
• Checking product quality
• Placing case labels upright on cases
• Meeting or exceeding production levels
• Following health, safety, and quality standards

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous selector experience (preferred)
• Ability to operate industrial equipment (forklift & pallet jack)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to interpret safety and operational documents

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Warehouse environment with temperatures from -22°F to 100°F
• Regular lifting up to 20 pounds; occasional lifting over 50 pounds
• Handling objects, standing, walking, climbing ladders, using pallet jacks
• Physical activities like bending, stooping, reaching
