Job summary

PrimeSource Building Products, Inc. is seeking an Export Project Coordinator at its Medley, Florida facility to support the Export Department. The role focuses on documentation, scheduling shipments, and ensuring compliance with trade agreements.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of sales or telemarketing experience and strong PC/CRM skills, with SAP and Salesforce.com knowledge to speed order processing and customer responses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years sales or telemarketing experience preferred.
• Strong PC skills including Windows and MS Office; CRM systems experience.
• Proficient with SAP and Salesforce.com to ensure order accuracy and fast customer response times.

Responsibilities

• Provides proper support documentation aligning product, pricing and contents for PS Export Team.
• Schedules, checks in and releases export containers/flat beds to freight forwarders.
• Prepares country-specific paperwork to meet free trade agreements and origin requirements.
• Obtains affidavits of qualification from suppliers and issues certificates of origin.
• Ensures export documentation compliance with Trade Compliance.
