Role Overview:
Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Reporting to the Manager, Contracts OPRA in the Grants and Contracts (G&C) unit of the Office of Research and Project Administration (ORPA), the Export Control Analyst plays a critical role in supporting MSK’s Export Control Compliance Program (ECP). This position ensures institutional compliance with U.S. export control regulations and manages collaborative research agreements linked to sponsored research funding.Key Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of U.S. export control regulations including EAR, ITAR, and OFAC.
• Experience drafting and negotiating research-related agreements.
• Familiarity with federal contracting regulations (FAR, DFAR, CFR).
• Ability to assess and mitigate institutional risk in research collaborations.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hrs.
