• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Kitchen Display System to maintain the flow of service.
• Ensure quality prep and presentation; keep hot items hot and cold items cold.
• Organize the table orders in the expo area per tickets.
• Complete side work and station maintenance.
• Setup, cleanliness, and organization of the work area before, during, and after every shift.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Expedite service for TueGo, Catering, dining room, and bar areas.
